I assume you're 1080Ti would be the same.But, just in case, maybe try different HDMI ports on your 1080Ti if you haven't already.(Update: Actually it was my MSI B350 motherboard that has a VR-labeled USB port, not my RX 580. Once I used the 'VR' HDMI port, the Samsung ran fine.On my GTX 1070 on another PC, I don't think I have any explicit VR-ready HDMI ports and I can use any of them. I had the Samsung plugged into a regular HDMI port. Strange.When I plugged in my Samsung Odyssey for the first time, on a computer that had been using the HP headset for three weeks, I had forgotten that, and I got an error message in the Mixed Reality Portal to check my Samsung cable. On my MSI Radeon RX 580, I found out my VR headsets wouldn't work on any other HDMI port that didn't have the 'VR' label by it.
